Return Policy

At Pynix, we specialize in providing customized digital solutions—including web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, lead generation, affiliate marketing, and software testing services. As our services are intangible, non-returnable, and customized to client-specific requirements, traditional product returns do not apply.


1. No Return of Digital Services

Due to the nature of digital service delivery:

  • Services once delivered and/or accessed cannot be returned.
  • There is no option to return a completed service for a refund or exchange.

  • 2. Project-Based Work

    Each project we undertake is:

  • Custom-built based on a unique scope of work.
  • Planned, designed, and developed in alignment with your business needs.
  • Delivered through phased milestones, which are reviewed and approved by the client.
  • As such, once a service or milestone is delivered and approved, it is considered final and non-returnable.


    3. Unsatisfactory Service

    If you're not satisfied with the quality or outcome of the service, please:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear feedback and reasoning.
  • We will review the concern and may offer modifications or fixes where applicable.
  • Note: Refunds in such cases are handled under our Refund Policy, not through returns.


    4. Exceptions

    In exceptional cases where an error or service issue is identified and confirmed by our team, we may:

  • Offer rework or adjustments.
  • Provide an alternative solution if agreed upon.
  • However, this does not constitute a "return" in the traditional sense.
