1. Service-Based Refunds

Our services—such as web development, app development, digital marketing, lead generation, affiliate marketing, and software testing—are tailored, time-bound, and resource-intensive. As such:

  • No full refunds will be issued once a project has commenced and resources have been allocated.
  • Partial refunds may be considered only in cases where the work has not been initiated or if there's a proven failure to deliver the agreed-upon scope despite multiple revision requests.

  • 2. Eligibility for Refunds

    A refund request will be considered only if:

  • The client raises a formal complaint with valid reasons within 7 days of service initiation.
  • The services delivered are significantly different from what was mutually agreed upon in the contract or proposal.
  • The request is submitted via email to info@pynix.in, including project details, payment reference, and reason for dissatisfaction.

  • 3. Non-Refundable Situations

    We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after project commencement.
  • Delays caused by client-side inaction or lack of communication.
  • Failure to read and understand service details before payment.
  • Third-party issues or limitations (e.g., hosting, domain, APIs).
  • Completed projects or services where deliverables were accepted.

  • 4. Dispute Resolution

    In case of any dispute regarding the refund, we encourage you to first contact our team to resolve the issue amicably. We value our relationship with every client and will make every effort to address concerns professionally.


    5. Mode of Refund

    Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Pynix will not be held liable for delays caused by payment gateway providers or banks.


    6. Policy Changes

    Pynix reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. It is advised to review this policy periodically.
